The bus stop located right outside the building was useful. The room had air conditioning. I found this feature nice. The staff was kind and really helpful .

excellent stay

frequent buses excellent food
the bus stop was directly outside. buses into the square were frequent. i had dinner several times at the hotel. the food was excellent.
i noticed black mould all over the curtain. when i told reception, the manager only said sorry. i was very disappointed this issue was not fixed.

Acceptable stay with some issues

The staff were professional and friendly, a definite plus.
The room lacked soundproofing. I could hear EVERYTHING from the hallway, including loud conversations and doors slamming late at night. This made getting a good night's sleep difficult.

the staff was SO helpful with travel information. the beds felt very comfortable. there was ample parking available at the hotel. breakfast had a great selection and the evening menu tasted good too.
no information sheet about the facilities existed in the room.

my triple room was clean. it had robes to use after my shower. the location had a bus stop just across the road and it went directly to city center.
the hotel lacked an information sheet in the room about the available facilities.

a stay with some drawbacks

room dust undercooked food
I have stayed at this hotel for a few nights. the room itself wasn't terrible. however, i was disappointed with the overall cleanliness. I spotted some dust in corners. the breakfast wasn't great either. The cooked options seemed undercooked.
